I created Independent Fitness to help people build strength, confidence, and lasting habits in the gym. My own journey started with a love for bodybuilding, and over the years I’ve developed a real passion for not just training myself, but guiding others to reach their goals too.
I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED certified, and bring multiple years of hands-on experience in resistance training and nutrition coaching. My approach is all about making workouts effective, safe, and tailored to your individual needs.
Whether your goal is to gain strength, lean out, or simply feel healthier, I’ll be there to guide you through every step. For me, fitness is about more than just building muscle — it’s about becoming the best version of yourself and enjoying the process along the way.
